productiontimer Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how productionTimer ("the App," "we," "us," "our") handles information. productionTimer is developed and distributed by On-Point Presentation Services, LLC ("OPPS").

productionTimer is built to run on your device and your local network. We do not operate servers that collect your data, and you do not need an account to use the App.

Information We Collect

productionTimer does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to us. The App runs locally on your device, and your timer configurations, presets, and settings are stored on your device.

We do not:

Require you to create an account or provide personal information
Track your location
Access your contacts, photos, or other personal data
Sell or share data with advertisers

Local Network Features

productionTimer includes features that operate over your local network, including NDI/SRT output, a browser-based display and remote interface, an HTTP API, and Bitfocus Companion support. These features exchange data directly between devices on your own network. This data is not routed through or collected by OPPS. You are responsible for securing your local network when using these features.

Diagnostics and Analytics

The App does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. If you have enabled sharing of diagnostic and usage data with app developers in your device's system settings, Apple may share aggregated, anonymized crash and usage statistics with us through App Analytics. That data is controlled by Apple and your device settings and does not identify you.

Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and any purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment information.

Children's Privacy

productionTimer is a professional tool intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
